Specialization: Clinical psychologist specializing in adults and adolescents presenting problems of depression, anxiety, stress, self-esteem, self-confidence, relational difficulties, work-related issues, change management, among others.
I am a PhD in Psychology with over 25 years of experience in mental health care for adults and adolescents. My approach is based on Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, grounded in a comprehensive understanding of each individual.
If you feel trapped in anxiety, depression, or stress, or perhaps for a long time something hasn’t been right: you sleep poorly, your thoughts won’t stop, you feel exhausted and lacking in self-confidence. Or maybe you’re going through a difficult time of change and don’t know how to move forward. I can understand what you’re going through because I view the human being from a bio-psycho-social perspective: you are not just your thoughts or emotions, but also your history, your body, your relationships, and the context in which you live. That’s why my work goes beyond applying standard protocols. I dedicate myself to understanding the multidimensional relationships that shape your reality, identifying the functions of your emotional and behavioral patterns, and designing specific strategies that address your particular situation.
I work with depression, anxiety, burnout, stress, self-esteem, self-confidence, emotional management, change processes, and difficulties in interpersonal relationships.
I am an active member of the Société Luxembourgeoise de Psychologie (SLP) and the Conselho Regional de Psicologia – CRP -12/02969 (Brazil).
I offer consultations both in-person and online. Both modalities provide similar results according to available research, and my personal experience demonstrates this as well.
If you recognize that it’s time to seek support, I invite you to book an appointment for a consultation.
